Since 2003, Ramón Augusto Ramírez Pérez has been responsible for the firm's overall operations, including finance, human resources and information technology. He also takes part in strategic planning and its execution. He has broad experience in managing the value of intangible assets for businesses and strong financial expertise in both the domestic and international markets.

He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Caferomatic C.A. (2001-2003), Senior Trader at ZAP Futures LLC (1995-2000) and Vice President of Banco Capital (1984-1994).
