Lissette Ocanto is responsible for implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) of Antequera Parilli & Rodríguez under the quality principles of the ISO 9000 standard. In doing so, she helps improve business processes, ensuring the sustainability of the QMS across every area of the organization and the firm's operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing major, Universidad Experimental Simón Rodríguez (2001); Specialization in Project Management, UCAB (in progress), and ongoing training in process-based approaches, management and performance indicators (Dasein Consulting Group and UCAB); Internal Auditor for Quality Management Systems, FondoNorma (2015) and ISO 9001:2015 (2016); Diploma in Finance for Non-Financial Managers with AI (Asuntos Digitales / NVIDIA), Advanced Power BI certification and the productivity and focus bootcamp «Las reglas del juego» (Sofía Contreras).

Beyond the office
She loves swimming and unwinding with a good romantic film or series. On weekends she trades the work screen for the kitchen, recreating recipes saved from social media, with good music and the witty remarks of her daughter, Daniela.
